Once a contract is signed and construction starts, we manage the day-to-day issues involved in every construction project to minimize their cost and timing impacts so we can deliver your project on-time and under budget.

We can even help after you've opened for business with warranty and non-warranty related repairs, or smaller remodels that might be needed later down the road.

• Engage architecture and engineering team for development of construction drawings
• Permit expediting to ensure the quickest possible time frame for issuance of permits
• Procurement of all brand and store specific fixtures and equipment as needed
• Construction bidding and contract prep/review
• Construction oversight - includes weekly meetings, jobsite visits, progress reports, review of monthly pay applications and change orders
• Manage fixture and equipment installation as required
• Compile as-built drawings, warranties, permit signoffs, and other contractor obligations for client files
• Obtain certificate of occupancy and assist client through grand opening day
